A bag designed for a specific use: donation. Sure, something as easy as leaving it in a box and writing a sign, "Take Me" or "Free" would easily facilitate the process but this "brands" it in a way citizens won't feel weird or look weird taking other people's trash as it is universally understood by the packaging. Plus, it protects it from rain, snow and visible through the bag without the need to rummage through the possessions.
