----- Designer Turned Baker Turned Food Sculptor? -----
Cousin's custom 18th bday cake with decoration didn't pull through with baker, so older cousin, me, took on a side project. Ain't too shabby eh? Luck was already on my side when I started; thankfully the animal has basic geometric shapes. Made out of Marzipan (almond paste); add a little drop of food colouring here and there; a few tricks from sculpture class back in the day, et voilà mes amis! My cousin's 18 year old stuffed animal has been immortalized into edibility.
