I'm sitting in the HK airport for the forth time, hoping one of the counter attendants will finally announce my name and hand me the most beautiful white ticket, so I can go to the gate. While waiting anxiously and exhaustively, I thought I should take advantage of the free Wi-Fi and upload something design-y.
When something stops me dead, I know it's good. When I pull out my camera to start snapping away like a herd of Asian tourists, you know I love it. Sadly, Bauhaus in Hong Kong isn't foremost known as the infamous German design school or the design style, but rather as an expensive leather goods, urban store. So when I took a stroll around the ostentatious mall, The Venetian, in Macau, I came upon the Bauhaus and found this cute store display.
It's a replica of a traditional Chinese calendar, announcing the seasonal sale. It's blown up to human size. It doesn't really tie into the style of the store, but I like the concept very much.
